The Training and Exercise Design and Facilitation service can provide basic exercise planning and facilitation or provide the highest level of service guided by principals of the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP). 

Many Federal Grant recipients are required to participate in HSEEP exercises annually and CS4 can satisfy this requirement. Areas of training expertise:
